Our party of unlikely heroes started the session heading straight into the action.
Having been magically transported by the angel Evangeline to where they were needed most, the Whiplash appeared in the dwarven mountain city of Ceardach Anam where their friend Rorgan had been fighting street by street, house by house and room by room to prevent a coup backed by the dastardly cult, the Children of Dracul.
The party was tasked with finding the leader of the rebellion, Blackhammer who was thought to have fled to the undercity and bring an end to his insurrection once and for all.
The entrance to the undercity was on the other side of the cavern city, and the party attempted to stealth through the bitter street fighting, successfully avoiding the worst of the conflict, saving some loyalists trapped beneath a barricade, with only one unfortunate instance of a ballista to the chest.
Finally, the group managed to sneak through the enemy lines and reach the entrance to the long since sealed of undercity ...
