In our last session, our plucky group of heroes push forward through the undercity with their new warlock "friend".
Finally taking Grimlu's advise, the party managed to quickly and stealthily make their way to the entrance of the First Forge - Hidden within the tabernacle of a ruined temple to Moradin, the Soul Forger, successfully beseeching the God of the Dwarves to grant them protection from the flames of his former forge.
From there, the Whiplash discovered the caldera of the currently dormant volcano overgrown with lush jungle foliage, seemingly untouched by the intense heat of the magma below.
Making their way to the centre of the crater, they discovered the dwarven usurper, Blackhammer, with a Gorgon, a Child of Dracul, waiting to ambush them. Forewarned of their arrival by the cult assassin that had escaped the party previously.
An intense fight began, with the party holding its own against the minions of the Gorgon and clashed with Blackhammer.
The session ended mid-fight...
